Description :
How to change basename(s).
The utility for package renaming of files. Extension isn't modified. More than 10 algorithms of change of basename of files. The procedure adding the counter in a name of a file if the file with such name already exists is provided. The indicator of progress and an entire report is provided.
The TEST MODE is provided. Overview of changing files
Take a string containing the basename name for the first component in a filename.
Change it.
Make new filename from old extension and new basename.
